"to equip the saints for the work of ministry, the building up of the body of Christ."       Ephesians 4.12

EPC Women In Ministry serves local churches by equipping women in God's church to enlarge His kingdom for the glory of Christ.  Such women are developed by:

Encouraging women who are eager to serve joyfully and with passion wherever God has called and placed them.  Tools such as the website, online newsletter, training events, conferences and retreats promote connectional and supportive relationships with women serving as leaders.

Resourcing women by developing and maintaining resources to equip women in their place of ministry.  REAL (Reaching, Equipping, Advancing, Leading) training materials and training events allow women to not only be personally equipped for ministry but to continue to be resourced as they develop and train others for ministry.

Mobilizing women to fully participate in God's work in the world.  As women become competent in ministry, they become able to effectively engage in missional ministry, both domestic and global.  Ministry initiatives serve to enable EPC women to extend their involvement in God's mission in the world in far away places and those that are close at hand.
